Rudie Guta - Associate Pastor - Rudie’s relationship with Gulf Beach began in February 1979.  Before surrendering to full-time ministry, Rudie served the church as deacon chairman, Sunday School Director, Pre-School Director, and Sunday School Teacher.  His responsibilities include administration and education.  In October 2011, he celebrated 22 years on staff. Rudie serves as a volunteer chaplain for the Florida Highway Patrol and the Panama City Police Department and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Baptist Financial Services.

Julia Rudd - Minister of Counseling & Missions - Our counselor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds a Master’s in social work.  She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the North American Association for Christians in Social Work (NACSW). She Joined the staff in 1999

Mike Puskar - Pastor of Worship & Arts - Mike moved from the West Coast in 1993 and began his education @ Florida Baptist Theological College where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Church Music. He then continued on to Southern Seminary and graduated with a Masters in Worship.  He has a passion for biblical worship that brings Glory to God.  He joined our staff in 2005.
